Is Happiness A Key For Recovery?

I like to research some of the ancient Greek philosopher’s. I find a lot of wisdom with them. Here is one quote in the picture above I believe is needed, not just in life, but also a necessity for success in your recovery from addiction!

Happiness within yourself and mindset is a technique that has worked on my self. It set the pace for your day and what the universe will bring you. Fill your mind with positive thoughts will bring positive energy and events into your life. At the same time weed out all that negative energy out so only allowing the good to entertain your mind, this you can control no matter what others do say about this.

Remember Addiction is a lie and we can control that lie, replacing it with other happy events is always just one of the many remedies that your mind to help replace that cycle of dopamine for another that is not narcotic, which happiness will work, try it out for a while.

Hoping truth and happiness in your life from here on out, God Speed 🙂

We are here to share our experience with drug addiction how it affects both the addict and their families along with their friends. Bringing awareness about the war on drugs an how it has failed in many ways. You are welcome to comment even if you might disagree with the post, we here are a free speech zone. We will post it as long it's constructive towards solutions rather then being to harsh and judgmental causing it to be part of the problem.
