Here at Angel Face Foundation we share what we learn about addiction and recovery. In recovery we try to keep a healthy happy enviroment. This is very difficult to do in today’s world even for others that are not addicts. This video is long but it helps give you techniques on how to handle anxiety which is a key for not falling into relapse. Try to remember that if you do fall into relapse you’re not starting all over again, you just have learn more about your disease and controlling your anxiety level down to the bare minimum is key. Master this aand you have moved a head of most people in our society.
